I just read what you put forth regarding EDT and I find it quite useful. The one portion that intrigued me the most was the CAT portion. I am a true believer that it's best to train smart, not hard. I used to train to the point that I was hitting close to 150bpm and kept @ that pace not realizing that I was burning what I was eating, not my stores. I learned that by going about my training with maximum cardio-output (mine is between 110-120bpm now), I can strengthen my cardio, use the fuel I consume daily in a slower manner, and get @ the areas I wanted to burn: The stores. I look forward to trying out all facets of EDT for myself before I share it with others.: It shows a lot of promise as opposed to CWT.
