		<description>The information you provided on biycle riding was very informative.  I agree it does build leg muscles.   When the weather is nice there is nothing that compares to a good bicycle ride.  But when it&#039;s raining or cold you can always bring your bicycle indoors for a ride also.</description>

		<description>Nice article, totally agree. I still see so many people doing pec deck or machine presses for a big chest. As far as bench pressing is concerned free weights rule! I&#039;d also recommend weighted dips as a finisher exercise.</description>
